Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a dedicated PT aide to support physical therapy services across our orthopedic network. You will assist with patient sessions, prepare treatment areas, and help in maintaining a safe environment aligned with HIPAA and clinic policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient interactions, and accurate data collection on patient progress under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

Familiarity with HIPAA, insurance regulations, policies and other regulatory policies.
Ability to react calmly and effectively under stress.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, staff and public.
Represents the clinic in a professional manner.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality on all patient issues.

Responsibilities

Clean and organize work area and disinfect equipment after treatment.
Prepare and maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Observe patients during treatment to collect data on responses and progress.
Instruct and assist patients practicing exercises under direction of medical staff.
Transport patients to and from treatment areas as needed.
Prepare treatment area and equipment for therapy sessions.
Educate patients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise routines.
Maintain equipment and inventory, request supplies as needed.
