Spire Orthopedic Partners in Tyngsboro, MA is seeking a physical therapy aide to support therapists in providing quality patient care. You will keep treatment areas clean, assist with exercises, document patient progress, and ensure safety and privacy.

The role requires basic PT experience, HIPAA familiarity, and the ability to work calmly under pressure in a dynamic clinical setting. You’ll collaborate with therapy staff and help maintain equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of physical therapy or medical office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under stress.
• Ability to interpret and apply guidelines in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrates professionalism and tact with patients and staff.
• Team player with a professional attitude and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists by preparing treatment areas and disinfecting equipment.
• Support patients during exercises and therapeutic activities under supervision.
• Observe and report patient progress and responses to therapy.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinate with staff to manage supplies and equipment.
