Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking an entry-level Physical Therapy Aide in Massachusetts to support therapists and patient care. Duties include preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with exercises, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, insurance regulations, policies, procedures, and other regulatory policies.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively under stress.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize work area and disinfect equipment after treatment.
• Prepare and maintain a safe and clean environment per procedures and regulations.
• Observe patients during treatment and report progress to physical therapist.
• Instruct and assist patients with exercises under supervision of medical staff.
• Confer with physical therapy staff to plan, modify, and coordinate treatment.
