Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a physical therapy aide to support daily treatment activities and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients. You will assist with exercise routines, monitor patient progress, and coordinate with physical therapists to ensure smooth sessions.

The role requires HIPAA awareness, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative clinical team in a busy practice in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• HIPAA familiarity with policies and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize work area and disinfect equipment after treatment.
• Observe patients during treatment to evaluate progress and report to the physical therapist.
• Instruct and assist patients with exercises and activities under supervision.
• Coordinate with PT staff to plan and adjust treatments.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of patient information.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
