Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with referral management preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI handling.

Responsibilities

• Process therapy referrals and obtain authorizations.
• Schedule patient appointments and assist with registration.
• Maintain clean, organized front/back office.
• Document and log referrals per state guidelines.
• Assist with back-office duties as assigned.
• Support CTD and staff therapists and maintain patient flow.
