Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of referral management experience.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state occupational medicine requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain timely authorizations from clients and/or insurance carriers for therapy treatments as prescribed by clinicians
• Maintain records for all active referrals using the electronic referral module
• Schedule and manage patient appointments within authorized limits
• Assist with front desk duties and patient check-in/out
• Maintain therapy department cleanliness and inventory
