Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk duties including greeting patients and check-in/out.
• Manage therapy referrals and scheduling in alignment with clinician referrals.
• Register patients and collect/verify required information.
• Maintain supplies and ensure cleanliness of the therapy area.
• Assist with back-office tasks as assigned and document accurately.
