You will help ensure efficient patient flow and a welcoming environment while maintaining accurate records and device sanitation.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, strong customer service, and teamwork with clinicians and leadership to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of referral management experience.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state occupational medicine requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain timely authorizations for therapy treatments from clients/insurers.
• Maintain records for active referrals via electronic module.
• Process referrals per state guidelines and client direction.
• Schedule authorized visits within referral limits and dates.
• Assist with front/back office tasks and patient registration/check-out.
• Manage therapy supply inventory and maintain clean, orderly area.
• Document patient visits and communicate wait times to patients.
