Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluation and in setting goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group treatment focusing on strength, mobility, balance, ROM, and gait.
• Document compliant and medically necessary CMS-required notes in NetHealth EMR.
• Support education for residents, families, and staff.
