Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapy support role in Beverly. You will help prepare treatment areas, assist patients with exercises, and maintain safety and compliance throughout sessions.

The role involves tracking patient progress, coordinating with therapists, and providing attentive patient care in a varied schedule. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success and growth within our network.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HIPAA, insurance regulations, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work with patients and medical staff in a professional manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Clean and organize work area and disinfect equipment after treatment.
• Observe patients during treatment and report progress to medical staff.
• Instruct and assist patients with exercises under supervision.
• Prepare treatment area and patients for physical therapy sessions.
• Enter stats into TrackVia and update FOTO records as needed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and ready.
