Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team and support patient care while gaining hands-on healthcare skills.

You will work alongside licensed therapists, helping with basic procedures, equipment setup, and patient education in a collaborative clinical setting. You will receive mentorship, on-the-job training, and exposure to physical therapy workflows, including patient intake, scheduling, and home exercise guidance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and assist with home exercise programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
