Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

You will gain hands-on training, mentor relationships, and exposure to physical therapy practices while supporting therapists and patients throughout recovery. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, assisting with intake, onboarding, preparing treatment spaces, and helping patients perform exercises under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, and verify benefits.
• Support clinicians by preparing treatment areas and equipment, and assist with exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
