ATI Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training and mentorship while supporting therapists and patients during recovery.

The role involves assisting with patient intake, preparing treatment spaces, and helping patients perform prescribed exercises, contributing to a positive and efficient clinic flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and through their appointment.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling support for clinicians.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up exercise equipment, and monitor patient progress.
• Support therapists by guiding patients through prescribed home exercise programs.
