Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care and gaining hands-on training in the field of physical therapy.

You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, prepare treatment areas, and help monitor progress while supporting exercise programs. A high school diploma and 18+ years of age are required; healthcare or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.
