ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative clinical team. You will greet patients, assist with intake, prepare treatment areas, and support therapists during sessions. This entry role offers hands-on training and exposure to physical therapy practices.

The position emphasizes patient engagement, completing forms, scheduling support, and helping patients perform prescribed exercises in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointment times.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, scheduling, and documenting forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up equipment, and support therapists during sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home programs as prescribed.
