ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training and mentorship while supporting patient recovery and therapy sessions.

The role includes assisting with patient check-ins, onboarding, preparing treatment areas, and helping patients with exercises, under supervision. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointment times.
• Support efficient patient intake, registration, scheduling, and onboarding of new patients.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up exercise equipment, and assist clinicians.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
