Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to join our collaborative team. You will greet patients, assist with check-in, and support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment.

You will help with scheduling, intake, and patient education, while monitoring progress and guiding home exercise programs. The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.
• High School diploma required; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, complete forms.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
