ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will engage with patients during check-in, assist clinicians, and help prepare treatment spaces.

The role includes hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices to help launch your healthcare career. You will support therapists by setting up equipment, monitoring patient progress, and guiding patients through home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and age 18+.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone.
• Support clinicians and prepare treatment areas and equipment.
• Assist patients with exercises and monitor progress.
• Onboard patients, verify paperwork and benefits, and assist with scheduling.
