ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care. You will assist therapists, prepare treatment areas, help patients with exercises, and support home exercise programs in a dynamic clinical setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy workflows within a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma.
Must be 18+ years.
Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
Preferred: Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students).
Certified Personal Trainer experience.
Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout their appointment time.
Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling assistance for clinicians.
Onboard new patients reviewing paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
Prepare and clean treatment areas, and set up/adjust exercise equipment for therapy sessions.
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
Assist patients in performing exercises and support their home exercise programs.
