Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to join our patient-focused team in Tucson, AZ. You will support therapists, prep treatment areas, greet patients during check-in, assist with exercises, and help with scheduling and intake under supervision.

We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy workflows, helping you build healthcare and customer service skills in a welcoming clinic environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience helpful
• Customer service experience beneficial
• 18+ years of age required

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointment time
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling assistance
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms
• Assist therapists by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and equipment
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the team
• Assist patients with exercises and home programs
