Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and scheduling and assist clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
