Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while supporting therapists, assisting with patient check-in, intake, and treatment setup.

You will help patients perform exercises, monitor progress, and keep treatment areas clean and well organized. Previous healthcare or customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Must be 18+ years old.
Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients during check-in and appointments.
Assist with efficient patient intake and scheduling.
Help onboard new patients and verify paperwork.
Support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
Monitor patient progress and relay feedback to the therapy team.
Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
