Qualifications

• Must have Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• High School diploma required; must be 18+ years old.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience in PT/tech roles, CPT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and improve patient intake process.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
