ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our Newton, MA team. You will assist with patient check-in, care coordination, and preparation of treatment spaces, helping therapists deliver sessions with a smooth workflow.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to clinical procedures, learn from experienced staff, and contribute to patient progress while developing essential healthcare skills for your career.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during check-in and throughout visits.
• Support efficient patient intake, registration and scheduling.
• Prepare treatment areas and set up equipment for sessions.
• Monitor progress and share feedback with the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
