Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, and verify benefits.
• Support therapists by setting up treatment areas and equipment, and cleaning after sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with home exercise programs and supervised exercises.
