- Greet and assist patients during check-in and throughout appointments.
- Assist with scheduling and streamline intake processes for clinicians.
- Onboard new patients by reviewing forms and verifying benefits.
- Prepare treatment areas and assist therapists with equipment setup and cleanup.
- Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
- Assist patients with exercises and support home exercise programs.
