Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork and benefits, completing forms.
• Support Physical Therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Help patients perform exercises and support home exercise programs.
