ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy while supporting clinicians and patients throughout treatment sessions.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling intake, assisting with therapy preparation, monitoring progress, and guiding home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Assist with onboarding new patients: reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and by setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
