Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exemplary patient care. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy while supporting clinicians and patients in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with patient check-in, treatment setup, and implementing exercise programs, while contributing to a positive, patient-centered care team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and throughout their appointment.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient registration to promote an efficient intake process.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs as prescribed.
