Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Aide to support patient care and daily therapy operations. You will greet patients, help with registrations, and assist clinicians by preparing treatment spaces and equipment.

The role offers hands-on training, exposure to physical therapy practice, and the chance to develop healthcare skills in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred background in exercise science or kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and registration to promote efficiency.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork and benefits.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment setup.
• Monitor patient progress and assist with home exercise programs.
