Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy, an outpatient orthopedic PT company, seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to assess patients, craft creative treatment plans, and guide recovery toward maximum function.

We value discretion, confidentiality, and a high-energy, supportive environment. You’ll work with staff to deliver daily plans of care, while contributing to education and community outreach across a broad regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Record daily billing and follow productivity guidelines.
• Prepare for evaluations by obtaining patient history and researching diagnoses.
• Identify need for consultations and refer to other professionals; provide education.
• Training including ADLs/IADLs and rehabilitation activities.
• Documentation using EMR for all treatments provided.
• Oversee PTA, ATC, PT aides; attend seminars.
• Promote JAG in the community through lectures and presentations.
• Contribute to ongoing care planning and patient outcomes.
