Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey to deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic care. The role involves initial evaluations, creating and implementing treatment plans, and documenting care in our EMR system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree required; Doctorate degree preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• Completed CEU requirement in NY/NJ.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and daily notes.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans and goals.
• Document care and billing using EMR per guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and patients' support system.
• Oversee PT aides and support staff as needed.
• Provide patient education and rehabilitation training.
• Participate in annual billing and coding seminars.
