Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the practicing state (NJ)
• Completed state CEU requirements (NY/NJ)
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Record daily notes and progress, manage documentation
• Administer musculoskeletal interventions and therapeutic exercises
• Oversee PT aides and support staff
• Provide patient education and discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and referrals
