JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will assess patients, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress daily using the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required; Doctorate degree preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• CPR certification.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop plans of care.
• Document patient care data per guidelines and billing needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient goals.
• Deliver musculoskeletal interventions and therapeutic exercises.
• Provide education to patients and families; supervise aides.
• Promote JAG in the community.
