Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ
• Completed CEU requirement in NY/NJ
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation and daily notes

• Provide patient education and training
• Maintain patient confidentiality and high ethical standards
