Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients of all ages, modifying plan of care as appropriate.
• Designs an appropriate plan of care with goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Educates patients and caregivers using effective teaching methods.
• Performs examination and selects appropriate assessment methods and documentation.
