Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, adjust plans of care based on patient response, and serve as a clinical resource for staff and students. This role includes a sign-on bonus and relocation options for qualified candidates.

Eligible new grads and experienced PTs may receive financial incentives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and a current PT license; BLS certification is required within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
• BLS within 30 days - American Heart Association.
• Attend and satisfactorily complete all required continuing education regarding care of acute stroke patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with plans of care.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Documents treatment and outcomes in the EMR.
• Performs examination and selects appropriate assessment methods.
• Communicates progress and treatment recommendations to referring providers.
