Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to perform patient transfers with assistance as needed.
• Delivers education to patients, families, and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations with reliable, valid methods relevant to the chief complaint.
• Produces documentation in accordance with policy and EMR requirements.
• Communicates progress and treatment recommendations with referring providers.
