Job summary

Carle Health in Everett, WA seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients of all ages. You will evaluate, plan care, and educate patients and families while coordinating with the health care team.

A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates and relocation support is offered for moves over 50 miles. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, active PT licensure (IDFPR or relevant state), and BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and active PT licensure.
• BLS certification within 30 days and ongoing CE in acute stroke care.
• Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements a plan of care with goals and discharge plan.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations and documents in the EMR per policy.
• Collaborates with staff and referring providers on progress.
• Manages daily documentation and therapies per protocol.
