Job summary

Carle Health in Missouri is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across age groups, developing and adjusting plans of care with outcomes and discharge planning. You will educate patients and work closely with staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a PT license, BLS within 30 days, and ongoing CEUs. A sign-on bonus is offered, with relocation assistance available for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) per IDFPR.
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Designs an appropriate plan of care with goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, family, caregivers, and students using effective methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations with valid methods relevant to complaints and history.
• Documents in the EMR per policy.
• Screens patients to determine need for therapy services.
• Coordinates with support personnel and monitors care quality.
• Completes annual education for program requirements as applicable.
