Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN hours. You’ll join a collaborative team and have the freedom to select daytime shifts that fit your life while delivering high-quality care.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an active PT license (NPTE), and preferably 1 year of experience. You’ll evaluate, develop, and adjust treatment plans and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Active PT license in the state; NPTE completion required.
• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
