We offer Direct Employment or Independent Contractor options, with weekly pay and benefits. Pay rates are $46–$48/hour on W-2 or $57–$60/hour on 1099.

Qualifications

• EMR software proficiency required.
• CPR certification required.
• Current NYS PT license with registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow.
• Supervise PTAs daily.
• Deliver quality therapy in SNF settings for conditions like stroke, Parkinson's, and orthopedic issues.

Now Staffing Physical Therapists for Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and Long Island.

Flagstar Rehab PTs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations, treatments, and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.

Pay Rate: $46-$48 Hourly (W-2), $57-$60 Hourly (1099)

Physical Therapist Job Duties:

• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow.
• Supervise PTAs daily.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
