Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Lafayette, IN. You will perform patient evaluations and provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and physician’s orders.

Qualified candidates hold a current Indiana PT license, have graduated from an accredited PT program, and possess CPR if applicable; other regulatory requirements apply. This role offers a travel opportunity with competitive compensation.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
