Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing in Woodland, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for travel assignments. You will perform patient evaluations and provide therapy services according to the plan of care and physician orders.

The position requires CA licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, and is compatible with a 40-hour work week. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and awards programs. Weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
