Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Houghton, MI. You will evaluate patients, provide and document therapy services according to the plan of care and physician orders, and collaborate with the care team.

This position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include current PT licensure in Michigan, graduation from an accredited PT program, CPR if applicable, and ability to meet state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Job Type: Travel

Pay: $1470 / Week

Hours: 8.00

Location: Houghton, MI

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
