Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Rockford, IL. The role supports patient evaluations and delivers therapy services according to the plan of care and physician orders, with a 40-hour work week.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
