Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Petaluma, CA. The PT will perform patient evaluations and deliver therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders where applicable.

The position requires current state licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, and an active CPR if required. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance and a 401(k) plan, with competitive weekly pay and completion of tasks per contract.

Qualifications

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.

Minimum Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred
