Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Fresno, CA. You will perform patient evaluations and provide and document therapy services according to the plan of care and physician orders.

Requirements include an active PT license in the state, graduation from an accredited PT program, CPR if applicable, and eligibility per federal, state, and local regulations. This assignment offers 40 hours per week and a weekly pay of $2,745.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
