Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Stockton, CA. The therapist will evaluate patients, implement and document therapy plans, and follow physician orders as applicable.

The role requires licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited PT program, and may prefer 1 year of PT experience. Travel position includes competitive weekly pay and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
