Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a position based in Granite City, IL. The therapist will perform patient evaluations and provide and document therapy services in line with each patient’s care plan and physician orders where applicable.

The role requires active state licensure, PT degree, and CPR; travel experience is preferred. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
